About Diane Bolden

Diane Bolden is passionate about working with leaders to unleash human potential. With over 15 years of experience in leadership development, coaching and consulting, Diane has worked with managers, directors and vice presidents/officers in Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations to achieve higher levels of performance and success by helping them bring out the best in themselves and everyone around them.

Diane has worked with her clients to help them improve productivity, strengthen key relationships, sharpen communication and influence skills, change organizational culture, build stronger teams, make better decisions, constructively work through conflicts, better manage their time, and design, propose and/or implement programs and initiatives, among many other things.

Diane founded Synchronistics Coaching & Consulting with the mission of helping leaders and their organizations identify, develop and apply their innate talent and untapped potential toward achieving extraordinary results. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she was a Senior Consultant at Arizona Public Service (APS), the Southwest’s largest electric utility company. Before coming to APS, Diane was with St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, a division of Catholic Healthcare West.

Diane received her Masters in Business administration from Arizona State University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. She is also a Certified Corporate Coach and a graduate of Corporate Coach University.

Diane’s experiences have taught her that true transformation takes place when thought, inspiration and action are balanced, and coupled with intense self awareness. As she works with her clients to align their intentions and actions with desired results, she also helps them to identify and eliminate habits, patterns and assumptions that keep them from doing their best work. Diane draws from her experience and knowledge of organizational behavior and leadership development and blends it with a powerful coaching approach that allows people to access their own wisdom and leverage their strengths to rise up to challenges and opportunities.

Diane is a native Phoenician who is happily married and blessed with three beautiful children. To learn more about what she and her company can do for you, visit www.Synchronistics.net.
